Marat Fattakhov

Marat is the founder and a managing partner at LM Investments, with an 18-year tenure in strategic consulting, M&A, capital raising, and implementing investment projects ranging from startups to national-scale initiatives. He specializes in M&A transactions within the IT sector, innovative and high-tech manufacturing, and the oil and gas industry.

Marat is the winner of the International Global CIO "Project of the Year 2018", among other competitions and awards.

A Ph.D. in Economics, Marat is also a member of the International Union of Economists, holding a general consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Levon Ayrapetyan

Levon is the founder and partner in LM Investments with over 10 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. As a Deloitte alumni Levon has and extensive experience in managing large international deals. He has participated in the closure of investment deals worth more than $8 billion (private equity, venture capital).

Levon's expertise lies in transactions in the agro-industrial complex, machinery manufacturing, forestry, transportation, and storage sectors. In collaboration with major investors, corporates, and business associations, he actively promotes investment activity in these industries.

Levon holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
